Product Returns or Exchanges
- You may return or exchange any product except the video series up to 45 days after purchase as long as the product is not damaged.
If we have made an error with your order we handle all shipping costs to fix the problem as long as you have faxed or emailed your order to us.
In the event that you need to return product(s) for any other reason:
- There is a 15% restocking fee on returned products. You will be credited once we receive the product
If you are shipping the items back to us please follow these instructions:
- please call 1 877 538 8908 and advise us that you need to return item(s)
- please ensure that the items are packed extremely well in a sturdy box. Please pack the items with packing paper so they are not able to move about within the box.
- please insure your package for the value of the items.
- please use U.S. postal service for returns as if you return with U.P.S. or Fedex you will be charged brokerage charges by these carriers.

In the event your receive Damaged Product
In the event that you receive a damaged product please notify us immediately. Insurance claims on damaged products expires after 25 days after your receipt so please notify us right away in order to receive replacement product free of charge.
