Product Returns or Exchanges
- You may return or exchange any product except the video series up to 45 days after purchase as long as the product is not damaged.
If we have made an error with your order we handle all shipping costs to fix the problem as long as you have faxed or emailed your order to us.
In the event that you need to return product(s) for any other reason:
- There is a 15% restocking fee on returned products. You will be credited once we receive the product.
- If you are able to travel to 551 16th Avenue, Richmond Hill we can exchange product at our sales office with advanced warning without any restocking fees. Please call us to make arrangements as we are not always in the office.
If you are shipping the items back to us please follow these instructions:
- Please ensure that the items are well packed in a sturdy box. Please pack the items with packing paper so they are not able to move about within the box.
- Please insure your package for the value of the items.
- please use a reputable courier such as UPS, Canpar or Fed Ex. (There is generally less damage when the products arrive back to us.)

Damaged Product
In the event that you receive a damaged product please notify us immediately. Insurance on damaged products expires after 28 days so please notify us before then in order to receive replacement product free of charge.
