Damaged Product: Please inform us within 15 days of delivery of any product that has arrived to you damaged. Do not throw out the product or box until you have checked with us that it is okay to do so as we can not file a claim with Fed Ex without the shipping box being available for viewing. The box may need to be photographed or picked up by Fed Ex.
After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email with a customized shipping cost.
If you do not get an email from us within 4 – 5 days of submitting your order please contact us.
Our minimum order amount is $45.00.
Please contact us for details regarding returns. We do charge a restocking fee as we subsidize your shipping costs. We accept returns up to 45 days after receipt of your order.
If you are able to bring your order to Richmond Hill we can exchange your product without any additional costs.
