Damaged or Missing Product: Please inform us within 15 days of delivery of any product that has arrived to you damaged. Do not throw out the product or box until you have checked with us that it is okay to do so as we can not file a claim with Fed Ex without the shipping box being available for viewing. The box/product may need to be photographed or picked up by Fed Ex.
If you do not get an email from us within 4 – 5 days of submitting your order please forward your confirmation email to email@example.com and ask for an update on the status of your order.
