Damaged or Missing Product: Please inform us within 15 days of delivery of any product that has arrived to you damaged. Do not throw out the product or box until you have checked with us that it is okay to do so as we can not file a claim with Fed Ex without the product & shipping box being available for viewing. They may need to be photographed or picked up by Fed Ex.
